Oh how I needed to sleep. Things going on in the family, and it kept me awake at night. But now I had like 10 hours with a few bathroom breaks, and I feel amazing. But I also feel I have that cold thats been luring about stepping out in the open. Not nice!

Yesterday, me and Liam once again discussed if we are gonna go see Iron Maiden perform in the O2 arena in London in August. I always wanted to see them, Liam has seen them a million times, and now when we booked some more tickets its clear we will be there the right dates, it feels like we should go for it! Been looking into hotels as I know theres a nice one very close to the arena, but Ill have to talk to my sexy man about it all.



And Im glad to announce I havent weighed as little as I do now in a very very very long time. Success!

And its a sunny day! Made for walking, but no one ever wants to come along? I really dont get it!

I fell asleep on Skype last night so poor Liam was left AGAIN, I dont even know how many times that has happened now. Buuuut, I was a bit drunk and a bit tired, good combo for sleeping!

Ive been drinking way too much wine lately, but this morning when I woke up I felt, 'hmm pretty done with that for a while now' so Im guessing thats good! I was at my close friend Wals and talked about men, sex and other womenly gossip topics. Was a great night <3



So this morning, after dinner and dessert at my grandma, and even a cookie, and then dinner, wine and lots of crisps at Wals, I stood up on the scales, just to see what I had to deal with. And so far, so good. Same, same, so now I just have to get back on the right track for the rest of the week. 99.9, Im coming for you!

First Friday. First serious weigh-in. Add today me and my new best friend are getting along better than ever. Minus 4.4 kilos in a week (0.6928813954392 stone! :P Ooooor 9.7 pound). That brings me to a total weight of 102.3 kilos, which is about 16 stone. Not too bad I think!

Tomorrow its one week since I got some scales, and also one week since I really decided to do something about this weight. Well, Ive done that about a million times. But its so good to see results on the scales quickly what happens if I just decide NOT to eat that or that.

So here Im sitting with my carrot waiting for my coffee to get done. Had a sneak weigh-in this morning and its looking good. I can reveal that my first goal with this is to end up below the 100 kilo line before easter. 2 weeks... Will I make it? I sure hope so!!

We started to discuss if we should go somewhere for a few days during our summer holiday. I havent travelled much at all, Liam has travelled quite a lot, but we havent been anywhere together. We are discussing European cities and Ive been looking around for a bit.

Berlin does seem like a nice option, Ive never been to Germany and neither has Liam. But if we are thinking of spending a few nights it must be a city with a lot to offer. I was also checking Prague and Warsaw and they both seem like interesting choices. Dont know much about any of them in all honesty.

Last year I went on a cruise for 5 days with work. There is actually a cruise from Stockholm to Estonia, to St Petersburg and back, that is during the right dates. Decisions decisions...

Something fantastically amazing is happening this weekend! I HAVE THE WEEKEND OFF! Its been ages since Ive had a weekend off and havent been travelling or been ill. So Im prolly gonna get ill as hell but right now, Im gonna be happy NOW anyway!!

So, weekend is a sneak start on Thursday, but it will be spent doing important stuff, like laundry, but once again, Im happy, cause I got the best hours, 12-17! Almost never managed that one and the 7-12 one makes me wanna shoot myself in both feet. Twice.

Other than that, the week is just work and work, tomorrow and Wednesday both school work and normal work. My roomie T is going away for the weekend with a few friends so Ive got the house to myself again.

Ha, a funny thing just happened btw. I made the bed and hoped the cat wouldnt find the urge to pee in it. Went to do some things, came back, bed wet, but not smelly. Hmmm? Fogured he had been here with unsmelly pee. Til I remembered I sprayed it with some air refreshener so he didnt want to go there. Yey, bad memory?

Another morning has broken, another sunday is here. Some nice slow music, some porridge with cinnamon and some green tea. Now, once again it sounds like something anyone would hate, but I like it.

I have to say green tea takes some getting used to but once youre used to it, its great. It amazes me that everyone in England drinks so much tea, but only the same kind of tea, all the time.

Sneaked up on the scales just for fun this morning, and was pleasantly shocked. Hope its actually true and not just some random weightloss this morning ;)

The scales I bought, its quite hilarious. Its hows the weight, and the time. Now why would I need to know the time while Im standing there? And furthermore, my feet are in the way?? Also, clock and scales use different batteries and Im cheap, so no way!

Yesterday I bought my first scales ever. Now, one could think I never had one cause I dont wanna know, but Ive just never got around to buy one. Now I did, and yesterday I took the first step on it.

106.7 kilos, 16.8 stones. 2 kilos more than expected, but a lot less than what it could have been after having such a down period as Ive had the past few months.

Theres a challenge going on among a group of friends, called -10 kilos or else. I dont know if its as much of a challenge as a support group, but the goal is to lose 10 kilos before the 1st of August.



One would also think the picture Im posting here is cause of this challenge. Not really, porridge is tasty, cheap and ALSO healthy. I dont add any sugar, some salt, some cinnamon and sometimes an apple. Makes my tummy happy!
